Botulinum toxin is the real name for Botox. “I want Botox in my lips” - that's what many people say when they come to my clinic.
No Dear ones, Botox is a Toxin! Botox blocks the signal from the nerve to reduce muscle movement which causes the face to relax and soften.

When the Botox relaxes the muscles, the wrinkles begin to disappear. Wrinkles appear with age, genetically or because of dry skin.
Dynamic wrinkles are like a dry fracture in the skin.
Wrinkles made by muscle movement are dynamic wrinkles.
Botox is good for dynamic wrinkles.
After using Botox it’s very important to hydrate your skin.
I recommend to begin using Botox after the age 25.
It’s not early because this way you prevent the wrinkles to build up.
If you already have very deep wrinkles, especially between the eyebrows, sometimes Botox is not enough.
The results are visible after 10 to 14 days,
The result typically lasts 3 to 6 month.
HYALURONIC acid ( Dermal filler ) Our bodies naturally produce hyaluronic acid.
As we age, our hyaluronic acid production slows down and our skin gets loose and cannot hold the moisture. The hyaluronic acid has the incredible ability to store hydration in the skin. Treatments with hyaluronic acid are used to prevent wrinkles and fill the area where the fat pads got lost. ( face fat ) The hyaluronic acid replaces this fat loss. When you inject hyaluronic acid for lifting or tightening the skin, automatically the production of collagen gets stimulated. Hyaluronic acid reduces and softens the static wrinkles which are present when your face is at rest. I recommend using hyaluronic acid after the age of 20. This is my opinion. The factors that make the hyaluronic acid disappears fast are many:
smoking
not drinking water
sport
stress
insomnia
genetic
diseases
medication
not using hydration cream or a lip balm
There are many brands of hyaluronic acid.
It does not exist "best in the market", thats my opinion.
You need to try more than one brand and see which hyaluronic acid is good for you.
Should I choose Botox or hyaluronic acid?
With the help of your doctor or practitioner you will see what kind of wrinkles you have and how we can treat them together.
Put yourself in trusting hands.
