You like taking care of yourself, right?
And even if you don’t, you somehow start to feel the need to do it because…your skin just feels drier. And you start seeing some fine lines. And what are those spots over there on your skin? And is that acne?
Although you’re not before your period, it just seems like pimples start to pop up like it’s high-school all over again. And you’re going to work. How will you hide those monsters before your big meetings?

Welcome to your 30s darling!
You might feel like an adolescent all over again, I give you that…your body goes through major changes. And your skin is the one that shows it off.
It’s not only the age, it’s all the factors that cumulate over time.
Exposure to sun without sunscreen, or without enough sunscreen.
Did you know that you should put on sunscreen or have SPF in your day cream or bb/cc cream, and maybe your foundation too?
Smoking is bad, you already learned to ignore seeing that on every package of cigarettes. But what if those images were with you and all those fine lines getting multiplied and going deeper and deeper all around your lips? They even have their own names - marionette lines.
All those glasses of wine that help you not to go mad will eventually add up and show off on your skin.
If you can still call yourself a party animal, cheers to you, but again, those sleepless nights will gather and darken under your eyes.
I’m not telling you to stop enjoying your life, but you might just have to be more reactive and definitely more proactive when it comes to your skin. Cause you should glow, look young and confident since that’s exactly how you should feel in your 30s.
Hydrate!
There are cute bottles, nice cups with brave messages, apps, all designed to remind you to drink lots and lots of water.
Coffee doesn’t count, only if it reminds you to drink more water. Caffeine in big doses is also not that great for you.
Nothing in excess is ever good.

Upgrade your skin care
Dermapen every 5-7 weeks
Use peptides
Antioxidants - apply them on your skin, or eat them
